MHA for STEM Graduate to move up eventually?

So, I recently graduated with an M.S. in Biostatistics and landed a role as a Biostatistician in a hospital system. I have the opportunity to get my MHA for free over the course of 3-4 years. Would this give me an advantage if one day I wanted to work my way up to director level roles as I advance my career, or is my current grad degree sufficient? TIA.
