Phlebotomist, Sterile Processing or EKG tech. Which of these pays better/has less stress/better scheduling out of these?

I’m gonna start my training in healthcare I already work in the hospital as a housekeeper. I’m having trouble deciding what to get my cert in. Those of you who are in these positions what do you like about it what do you dislike about it? I’m in northern California btw
