I missed the deadline for nys health care worker bonus

I really need the money, I didn't realize there was another bonus going out and I didn't attest to it on time at my job. Is there anything I can do? Can I file for it on taxes? I'm so upset and I’ve tried this number (866) 682-0077 since I found it online but they said it’s just for the employers with questions. Please help :(
