My doctor violated my privacy and made inappropriate comments while doing an exam.

During my last trip to my doctor I was shocked after my appointment was finished and I was scheduling my next appointment that my doctor came out and made my health public in the lobby. He said to me oh your disease is not contagious because you're undetectable. I'm HIV positive and he's been my doctor for about 15 years. What should I do about him embarrassing me in front of a lobby full of people like that I already reported him to the clinic but I never heard back. He did call me the next day trying to apologize but I didn't want to hear it from him and told him I didn't want to see him anymore. To top it off about a year or two ago during a prostate examination me being gay and him also he says to me as he puts his finger in my butt oh come on you've had bigger things in there than that. Is this sexual harassment I know it's inappropriate. I really want to know what I should do? I would like him to get some sort of punishment or something is this a possible lawsuit?
