Is healthcare “falling apart”?

On various other subreddits I have been seeing people say “ Healthcare is falling apart”. From your standpoint, is this true? It is disheartening to hear this when I am just starting my journey in my healthcare career. Fortunately, if it is true, I would like to know now, when I still have other options more available, instead of being in the thick of it, and realizing that it is all crumbling. If you could provide more context to people saying “healthcare is falling apart” that would be great.
