I had just become eligible for Medicare and my insurance salesman was having problems answering rather simple questions. I had never met him face-to-face and only by phone. He sounded like he was getting quite exasperated. He then said, "you know we can see if you are following the doctor's instructions and treatments."
I immediately told him to shred my application for insurance.
