[Question - Other] My blood pressure tests low in the morning, how can I instantly raise it for a test I need i need to pass?

[ Question- other ] Hello! I try to go give plasma a couple times a week for extra money, but recently my blood pressure has been testing too low with the cuff test that I haven’t been able to. I am a healthy, young individual and have no symptoms. I usually go right when I wake up in the morning and walk there because it’s not too far. However, it is very cold out and this may be affecting my BP. I am asking if there is anything I can do to instantly raise my BP so I can pass the cuff test they give me? Thank you!
