I suffer from fasting. 5’3 98.9 lbs 14M
After a day of not eating, I typically eat a meal that is comprised of vegetables and rice. I then typically have a large mug of hot chocolate for dessert with fruit. My mom also typically hides desserts around the house I end up picking at a lot. I noticed how much I was eating just this weekend. It made me embarrassed and I didn’t realize how unhealthy I was. I’m still only eating one meal a day and I recently decided to only eat fruit at night. My chest hurts this morning. I’m worried I could have diabetes or caused permanent damage from all the sugar. I wouldn’t call what I do binge eating, but I was eating an excessive amount of cake and fruit throughout the day along with my meals and dessert at night.
