[Question - Insurance] Regarding Dental care coverage in nyc?

Hello I'm a 27 year old Male? Does anybody know which is a better dental plan? my mom has the UFT which I have to pay $66 a month or the Cigna dental Access plan which I think is about $50 a month. I'm curious to hear if you have any of you had experience with these plans or know of anything else that can be beneficial.
