Physical therapy

My medical needs are, at least in the foreseeable future given no random accidents/emergencies, are all physical therapy needs. I've got three seperate issues that I really need a real physical therapy regimen for. This would exceed the "20 per year" that Im seeing being allowed through government healthcare offered to me (NY State). Surely theres a plan available to me that gives me more of that and less of stuff I dont need/am willing to sacrifice?
