24 Female with ACA's repeal should I sign up for my states insurance (covered california)?

I'm currently on my parents insurance plan but have heard a few days ago that republicans decided to repeal the amendment allowing people under 26 to stay under their parents insurance. I'm not sure when this would go into affect if trump signs off on it, but should I buy covered california now just in case?
