What brands should i look into? Are there any particular features that make certain products stand out? How much should a good one cost?

can i dispute a copay for being mislead?
2 doctors told me to go to urgent care over Telehealth for a sinus issue today that I have been trying to treat for 7 weeks. They knew my full medical history with this issue, I fully explained it to both of them.
I took off time at work, went to urgent care, and they took my $75 copay.
They brought me back and immediately told me I need to go to an ENT. Didn't assess me or listen to my full issue.
I feel very wronged and mislead here- I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money if I was told to just go see an ENT by the initial doctors and if the urgent care place didn’t say they could treat my issue.
edit: im fortunate enough to be able to afford this and have insurance but like it just feels fucking wrong. i don’t like throwing my money and time away just by doing what the professionals told me to do. i didn’t need urgent care to tell me to see an ent, i should’ve been referred by the initial doctors.

Hello! I just have some questions that need answering with the way the premium tax credits work with healthcare insurance plans, and picking a plan in general. It appears I can pick a plan in some special enrollment period, presumably due to a change I had in my address and job, but I feel myself in a sort of pickle.
I really don't know the exact amount I need to make in order to continue to qualify for these tax credits through 2023 and onwards. I've just been cruising it since last year and it appears to have been a non-issue, but reading that you need to make above a certain amount has me suddenly quite on-edge of the possibility of falling below this threshold and needing to pay back money. I have a good reason for being worried being as I work retail wages on an unstable schedule, so to this I ask: what is this amount, and what will happen if I fail to make enough? And is this before or after taxes?
That and frankly, I really don't know how to even pick a plan. My current plan has honestly been really bad being as I'd need to pay THREE TIMES my savings for the plan to start paying anything. Some of these plans look very tempting, with $0 deductibles and nice out-of-pocket maximums, but are these too good to be true?
I really don't understand a thing about this and just need some help.
Overwhelmed by Medicaid and in need of some explaining.
I was laid off from my job earlier this year and qualified for Medicaid as a result, which my husband and I are both under in NY state. We have basically been avoiding going to any doctor's offices because I hoped I'd have a FT job by now, but alas, isn't in the cards I guess.
When we got approved, they had us choose a plan so we chose Blue Cross Blue Shield. So if I want to make doctor appointments, do I go to the Blue Cross website and look at doctors available in that plan? Do I have to call the doctors and check that they take Medicaid first? Do I owe a copay or have a deductible I have to meet out of pocket?
I tried getting this info from the NY state benefits office, but I couldn't figure out how to even get in contact with a real person. I'm so overwhelmed and confused by it all, so any help on the basics of how to utilize it would be immensely helpful.
Patients trying to defame your character
Will try to keep this short, but have any of you experienced this:
Patients who attempt to paint your character as negative when you know you were beyond generous and accommodating? I communicated consistently and still had a patient say I was unfriendly and essentially passive. The kicker is, I have paper trails from my entire interaction with them.
I sometimes wonder if certain people just want me to be fired. The narcissistic personalities I come across working in patient care have been astounding. I think I am going to resign soon. I just cannot imagine my life being this way for too much longer.
I get terrible sleep, am constantly stressed, and behind on work because the volume of people I work with… I am burned out severely and don’t have many I can vent to about this work. I sometimes teeter on wanting to just disappear altogether… my suicidal ideations are getting worse and it’s scaring me.
I think of patients and their care even after I’m off the clock, I worry about them a lot— that’s just my personality. But it sucks when some of them try to drag you (with limited power and control) down, because the healthcare world is just terrible at its core. I don’t even look forward to going into work anymore after this. I feel terrible and like someone is out to get me for simply trying to help them get from point A to B as smoothly as is within my control.
