I’m new to this

Hey all. For a long time my mother dealt with getting me my prescriptions but after I moved out around a year ago i’ve been struggling to get my maintenance meds. I’ve been using my health insurance app to schedule urgent care appointments to get prescription refills for a while now, but the last doctor I talked to told me that that would be my last refill until I get a primary care doctor. How do I find a primary care doctor?
