How to negotiate down a $221.02 for a bloodwork - Advice needed

Hi everyone, I got my explanation of benefits for my doctors USA visit, in which I visited my regular doctor for a vertigo issues that I was experiencing. My insurance (my insurance is Medica - not sure if it is relevant to the post) covered my doctors appointment completely, but is not covering the bloodwork completely. Had I not have insurance, the bloodwork would have cost me $557, my insurance is only covering $335, leaving me to pay $221. The questions is there a way I can negotiate it down? Here are three options I am exploring three options:

  1. Pay the whole $221
  2. Go in-person to my clinic's billing department (it only 20 minutes from where I live) in person in hopes offering may $100 dollars in cash and the rest written off (aka forgiven). By being in-person may provide the name to face to the billing department, might make them more sympathetic to lowering the cost that I would need to pay.
  3. Call (not-in person) to my clinic's billing department in person to try to negotiate down a $221.02 for a bloodwork. There is possibility of error in my billing? I saw there was a data that 85% of medical billing in America are inaccurate.
  4. Call my insurance trying to convince them to cover more.

I need outside opinions/recommendations on what should I do?
