Health Insurance options

Id like to quit my job by the end of the year to take a break to focus on my family and mental health the only thing I worry about is losing my health insurance. I don’t have any dependents. I don’t have any serious health conditions but I am on a speciality medication for psoriasis (Skyrizi). What would my options be for getting health insurance for the next year? I know CORBA is an option but my monthly payment would be pretty expensive like $600.
