Unsure of what shoes to buy

Looking for new shoes… I’ll be starting a position on labor and delivery next week, working 3 12s. I was wearing crocs for my pca work, but I shadowed L&D this week and I just know I’m going to be on my feet a lot more. I was going to do cloves but read some awful reviews… same with hokas. Would like something water resistant, for obvious reasons
