I have health insurance through Medicare from my mom. I have tried asking her several times what my health insurance provider is and she never gets back to me.
I tried calling my old doctors office, and they told me what was on file, but the last time I recieved care was 3 years ago and I am unsure if that insurance is still currently what I have
So how can I find out what health insurance I have? Am I able to just walk into a random office and ask?
I am unable to go to my old doctor's office because I live 3 hours away from home now.

It is Illinois Medicaid.
