Would a doctor be allowed to post a fake test result on MyChart so that the patient can’t see a bad result until their scheduled appointment that was made to talk about the results?

I’m just wondering how that works. It’s required from the clinic( that ONLY TESTS for that genetic disease) that a patient has to have an appointment to see the results (no matter if negative or positive) because of the high suicide rate with positive results. If the results come thru in MyChart, before the scheduled result reveal appt date, would they be accurate? Wouldn’t the doctor/lab have to put fake results so as to not get in trouble for the requirement of face to face results if the results would be bad? The results are in pdf form (like looking at a printed sheet of paper). The doctor was contacted but no return called received yet. They show beginning signs of the disease and have a high % of people in family with it.
