Lost Test Results

i’ve been seeing a urologist because I have been getting so many utis. 8 this year - i was being tested for ureaplasma cytoplasma because my cultures were coming back negative. i waited a week after i gave urine to get my results. I had an appointment today where i paid for my previous visit (giving urine) which was 40 dollars. I get told this appointment that they don’t have the results/are unsure where they are and need me to come in again next week. Is there a way to get the 40 back or used towards my next appointment because i basically paid for someone to lose my results.
