I’m 22 from the UK,I have a level 1 and 2 health and social care in city and guilds (vocational) and just got a new job as a junior HCA in a private nursing/dementia home. I’ve never had a job like this and I was just wondering if anyone had any tips. I will be eventually doing a level 3 HaSC as well as first aid, wound care, infection control and palliative care (if I decide to)
Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m very nervous!
