I recently started a job in patient transportation. I really enjoy it and I love interacting with patients. I do wonder though, how can I improve patients experiences? What can I talk about in the short time i’m with a patient to really give some positivity.
I have been asking simply things like how are you doing today, but sometimes a patient isn’t doing well.
All advice appreciated!
