How do you deal with coworkers who treat you like a child

So I’m a newer nurse. Been at this current job for a year now. I was straight out of school so yeah I didn’t know much when I started here but now I am doing very good. I’m young, in my twenties and most of the nurses I work with are older. (40’s and up). My coworkers still kinda treat me like I don’t know much or like a child. It’s hard to explain. Maybe I am overthinking it but idk. For example , sometimes we will have to start an IV and almost always I get it but there a couple times where I don’t. Same for my coworkers. When me and my coworker were sharing a patient the other day she tried to do the IV and couldn’t get it. I was standing right there and not once did she let me try. Instead she called the supervisor to try to get it. Maybe she didn’t mean anything by it but I took offense to it like she didn’t think I’d get it. Idk why she thinks that I can’t get it. Another example is the night shift coworkers. When they come in to work and I give report. They treat me like I’m dumb. The other night I was talking about let’s just say room 7. When I was explaining something I mentioned room 12 and the lady says “let’s get back to where we left off.” But she said it like babying me. They do other stuff too but that’s just some examples. I’m the type to not say anything back but be nice. Should I start being different or just not say anything.
