Does a $500 bill for two vaccines seem right?

(United States) I’m 19, got health insurance for the first time in my life (my parents never got it, we got vaccines at pharmacies), through Washington’s health care plan finder. I am enrolled through Kaiser Permanente. Recently I went to my first appointment and got two vaccines (Tdap and HPV) and the bill for the appointment was $273 (didn’t know my insurance started the day AFTER, so it didn’t cover the appointment) and the bill for the two vaccines were $515 after insurance took $135 off. Does this seem right? I mean I always knew american health care was always expensive but dang.. 😭 This honestly has me more worried for my future appointments since I was diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma about 3 years ago but never got it checked out because I didn’t have health insurance ..
