Issues with Patient First and Insurance Billing - Need Advice!

Hello everyone, I'm a foreigner living in the US and I've run into a confusing situation with Patient First. Here's what happened:

  • October: I got COVID and visited Patient First for treatment.
  • November: Patient First contacted me about issues with my insurance card and requested a new one.
  • December: I submitted the updated insurance information via their website.
  • January: I haven't heard anything back since December. But today, I received a message stating that I will be billed.

I'm worried that they might not have received my new insurance information. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Can I still contact Patient First to resolve this? I'm concerned about being billed the full amount without my insurance coverage. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated!
