PT. wont hold his own urinal.

Hello, PCT here at a State Hospital and I’ve seen patients range from TBIs, to Psych patients on my floor. Been working on a Cardiovascular Med Surge floor for about a year and i’ve never encountered someone like this. I’m hour 7 outta 12 and this patient who is early 70s calls me 3 times every hour to hold the urinal for him and he pees 200ml. He once asked me if I, “Am taking care of someone more critical than him because I’m ignoring him.” Condom Cath is not an option because he is a turtle, and he says he “cannot see” the urinal. I had a conversation with him to see if he could maybe try and feel the urinal and guide in, but he told me he wasn’t willing to try. Is there any tips or tricks that anybody has? I’m at my wits ends and I want this abuse to end for me and future techs. I’m ready to just put a bowl inside his brief.
