Hello everyone, I am looking for affordable health insurance for my spouse. Some background:
I am married and I am looking for a plan for my wife. I am currently employed full time earning around $130K (gross). Wife is unemployed and we are looking for an affordable plan for her to be on. Adding her to my employer's plan will cost us an additional $800/month. CoveredCA quotes just under $500/month. I am hoping to find something a bit more affordable for her. I know $130K sounds like a lot, but we live in the bay area and I'm the only one working while she is in school. We can't really afford to spare an extra several hundred/month at this time.
