Wife and I started an LLC as we transition fully to 1099 work. What’s our best option for a health insurance plan?

Both physicians so unlikely to qualify for anything based on income. Can bridge the go with Cobra for now but looking long term. Looks like ACA may be our best bet? Any advice appreciated thanks!
