$200 for an urgent care visit lasting less than an hour? How do I reduce this bill?

I went to El Camino Health Urgent Care for a big stye - making me unable to see properly.

I have health insurance provided by my employer (Insurance provider is Anthem Blue Cross).

The bill came upto $407.06 (just a consultation with a physician) and my insurance covers only $188.60

How tf does a simple consultation run me up > $200?? This makes no sense!!

What recourse can I take?

Background - Im not American and don't have a good idea on what to do now.
