Asking for my dear uncle. He is in the US on a temporary visa (business), which doesn't entitle him to any healthcare options off the exchange. He wanted to get some health insurance in case something god awful happens. He spends so much time in the US that travel insurance will not be sufficient for him. Is there any way to get private insurance for him off the exchange?
P.S He is almost 70 years old.
