I fucking hate my HSA. I hate hate hate Payflex.
I hate the fact that I've used this shitty middleman for 5 years and they've questioned my same purchases randomly 3/5 years
I use 1800 contacts every month for the past 5 years.
Why do they randomly question my purchases? Putting me through the ringer to prove my purchases.
I hate this company. This is the last year with them. Like how do y'all not know your clients' histories at some point??? 0/10
