My PCP forced me to reschedule my physical after I shared a health concern with them

I went to my physical today. I was asked whether I had concerns about my health to which I shared two concerns to which I was told I need to go see other doctors (neither is a major issue; obviously I waited until my physical to share because I don’t want to clog the system with additional appointments if not absolutely necessary). The PCP then said that this was no longer a physical since I had “too many issues” and they couldn’t complete a physical today, so at the end of my visit I had to reschedule my physical. Even if this was not a “physical” I still had my blood drawn. I’m confused why do I need to do a physical if I have no concerns? Is a physical just to drain money from the insurance company?
