Putting family on my insurance through company

Hello, all quick question I am 22 not claimed by my parents. They are small business owners and health insurance is kicking their ass. I get insurance through my business could I extend it to them? My dad is thinking about picking up a full time job just for this reason. 2 parents and 3 siblings?
