Is it possible to have 10% penalty fee waived if I draw funds from my 401K to pay for a hospital bill?

I had an emergency hospital visit and the bill is really high. Im currently unemployed so I'm considering drawing everything from my 401k to pay for a portion of the bill. Is it possible to get the 10% penalty waived? So sorry if this isn't the right sub. Let me know if there's a different sub to post in. Struggling right now
