The first time I signed up for insurance through them I was using an old email address that I now use for spam. When I called customer service in December they told me I cannot change my email address associated with my account. I currently go into my old email and have all healthcare-related stuff automatically forwarded to my new one but I really want to close that email account entirely so I wish they would just let me change it.
EDIT: When I log into my account and try to change it myself it just gives me an error message and says the changes did not save.
