Hi all,
I've made a few claims for COVID test reimbursements, never received the payments, and spoke with my insurance company about resolving the matter. They said the claims would show up within 10 business days....it's been two months.
So, which consumer or government regulators could I escalate a complaint to keep this moving? I'm in Colorado, US.
