I have HealthPartners insurance with CVS Caremark through my employer. How do I never have to walk into a CVS again? Can I go to any pharmacy or do I have to go to CVS?
When I call Health Partners with this question they direct me to Caremark. When I call Caremark their response is it will cost more for my prescriptions to go elsewhere and they remain vague. I still don’t understand how insurance works. I just want to see my doc and get my meds. I also prefer local businesses. I also for some reason have a particular distain for CVS.
