Will my hospital fees be covered by insurance if I receive surgery a day or a couple days before my insurance expires?

I am due for double jaw surgery and the hospital fees will be covered by insurance however I won’t be ready until a couple days before my medical insurance expires. If my surgery date is a day or a couple days before my insurance expires, would I be okay as long as I have the surgery before that deadline? I have anthem blue cross.
