Anytime members file fraud, waste, and abuse reports online or with the fraud department, they always call back to follow up and unitedhealthcare just closes their reports with absolutely no explanation. The reports just say “this report has been closed by the organization” I’ve spoken to other members who have had the same experience and I want to know if anyone has any idea of why this happens? it’s ridiculous because they provide no guidance or information on why the report was closed.
