I've heard of Galileo, Lemonaide, Sesame, etc. I like the idea of using smaller companies for healthcare because I assume it would be better in terms of experience. I want a company that works well with employers and can be a great benefit. Friends of mine have Blue Shield Blue Cross and it has done nothing for them for many things. I'd like something that covers everything, dental, vision, chronic, ongoing, etc.
Any recommendations would be appreciated! And any education since I'm diving into this.
