HIPAA violation?

Hi, I work in healthcare and see drs in the health system I’m employed in. I know it’s discouraged from looking at your own chart thru the system, but I’ve done it quite a few times (first few times were because I didn’t know that was discouraged). After that, I looked a few times to get my COVID shot records as I got them from all over the place (I have memory issues from brain fog so I eventually found a method to remember so I could stop checking). My main concern is that I suspect some unauthorized access of my chart from my managers, one of whom knows I see drs in the same health system. I want to request an audit to see who accessed my chart but am afraid that they’ll see me among the list of ppl who accessed my chart. Would I get in trouble for accessing my own chart? Could that be a fire-able offense? I never made any alterations to my chart. It was strictly to view only.
