Finding a doctor with the right fit

So I recently moved to rural Utah and have begun having cardiac symptoms. I have a variety of genetic and mental health diagnosis and when I went to the ER because the blood pressure was 20 pts different in each arm I was tested for drugs and sent home. In particular I have a pretty rough time with Ehlers Danlos and not only have none of the doctors or nurses heard of it they completely blow me off when I explain my symptoms. My Denver based psychiatrist who I managed to keep between a lapse of insurance and an inter-state move has told me I need to shop around to find a doctor in Denver that can work with me but not only is Denver 7 hours away my new insurance won’t cover Colorado doctors. My thought is, if I can find a virtual physician that takes me seriously to work with a local one that can perform the tests and exams I might be able to get my health care needs met. My question is- where do I start? How do I find the right doctor to work with me? Is that even a feasible solution?
