Recently had to go to the hospital for kidney stones and at check out with the pharmacy I found out I had health insurance?? This was a surprise to me as I was expecting to pay totally out of pocket for the visit. Over the past few days I've talked to my dad whos plan I used to be under, any family, my job, none of them seem to know the insurance company (Oscar Medical it seems?) Or how I was signed up for it.
The pharmacist said all she could tell was it was something called Oscar and the rest was just information for her side of the transaction. That's all I've had to go off of.
