(US) Could I have 2 health insurances from Blue Cross?

I've been on my parents insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield but my job offers Capital Blue Cross. I know having 2 health insurances is fine, but Capital Blue Cross is technically apart of Blue Cross Blue Shield so it felt sketchier lol Could I have both?
