new to medi-cal. mom asked for a photo of my BIC card to send to her insurance. will she be able to access my info?

22F. there's a situation where i'm confused about. i used to be on my mom's insurance but now i have my own medi-cal as of 2 months ago. but she asked for a photo of my benefits card to send to her insurance to prove that i won't be covered under her insurance anymore. it was my first time having my own healthcare so i didn't know if this was necessary or not to remove me from her insurance or if she wants my medi-cal info. will she have access to my medical records then if she has the photo of the card? i don't want her getting access to my things.
