Need advice on what to do next regarding healthcare

My father recently moved to florida from New York and has kidney disease and was receiving medication and dialysis from his current plan. Everything in New York was covered for him but ever since moving to florida it has now been dropped. I’m just in need of any resources to help him get back on track and help him receive medication and everything else he needs.
