My company is switching to a High deductible plan for next year and I'm freaking out

Hey everyone, just needed to vent and see if maybe anyone's got some advice for me here...

I'm currently on a healthcare plan with copays (30 dollars per visit for most services) and a monthly premium of 524 a month for my family of 4 though my employer. (The plan itself is a blue cross blue shield PPO plan)

Recently my company (large global business operating all over the world and a major player in our industry , i.e. not some tiny mom and pop operation) sent out a letter saying that in order to avoid rising healthcare costs, we'd be switching to a high deductible plan . My new premium will go down by about 10 dollars per month, while the cost of literally everything else appears to be skyrocketing. If I'm reading this correctly (Its been a while since I was on a HDHP ) , we pay 100% of everything (including the 4 therapy visits our family has per week , monthly med checks for everyone, psychiatrists, doctors visits that aren't physicals, the multiple expensive medications we're on etc. until we hit our deductibles which have risen to like $3k per person.

How the fuck am I supposed to afford this? After running the numbers its appearing that our medical costs per month (until the deductible is met) will be higher than my salary?

I've never considering getting a new job just to pay for healthcare but I'm not even sure if I have better options?
