I was recently canceled by Covered California because I didn’t see the emails asking to verify my income.
Fine, that’s on me.
I decided to circumvent Covered California and go directly to the provider. Who when it was all said and done didn’t ask me for income.
This is important because I pay less now.
I’m not fully adept to how medical insurance works but here’s a list of points that throw me:

Covered California removed me, though they are here to “help” from my insurance without so much as a phone call.

They wanted to verify my income, however they are charging me 25% more than the provider.

It took less paperwork to go through the provider
Again, I’m new to this so don’t yell at me.
