Dental care costs?

I do not have dental insurance and believe I may have a cavity. I will likely need a cleaning, x-ray, and filling. Can someone tell me approximately what this would cost out of pocket? I want to be sure I have enough money saved before making an appointment. I live in Tennessee. Thanks!
