Dental care costs?🦷

I do not currently have dental insurance but I believe I have a small cavity that I would like to get filled asap. I assume I would first need a cleaning + x-rays so I want to be prepared and capable of paying for it before making an appointment. Can someone tell me what a rough estimate would be for a cleaning, X-ray, and white/tooth colored filling without insurance? I live in TN.
