(UK) The more I read about health costs in the US, the more my jaw drops. Question: how much would it be approx to have a root filling followed by a bespoke crown/cap? Here we have 3 tiers for dental treatment and that procedure - plus as many fillings etc as are needed - would be £282 / $370.
